Specialised legal support for international clients dealing with inheritance and property matters in Spain. Inheriting assets or managing property transactions in Spain involves legal and tax processes that can differ significantly from those in other jurisdictions. With strict deadlines, regional tax rules and multiple parties involved, navigating these matters from abroad can quickly become complex.

A clear, structured approach is essential to ensure each step is handled correctly and efficiently.

My practice focuses on cross-border inheritance matters and property transactions for non-resident clients and ex-pats, where legal, tax and practical complexities often overlap. I assist clients in navigating these processes with clarity, ensuring that their interests are protected at every stage.
With more than ten years of experience in international environments, I have worked closely with English-speaking clients and developed a strong understanding of their expectations in terms of communication, transparency and efficiency.

My international perspective is shaped not only by my legal work, but also by personal experience. Having lived and worked abroad, including in London’s financial district, I understand first-hand the standards and pace expected by international clients, and I bring that approach into my legal practice.

I am a registered lawyer with the Málaga Bar Association and hold a Law Degree with a specialisation in business law, as well as a Master’s Degree from the University of Granada. My work often involves coordinating legal matters across jurisdictions, particularly in cases involving inheritance, property ownership and cross-border elements.

Many of my clients come to me during important moments of transition — inheriting assets, restructuring family property or investing in Spain so my role is to provide clear legal direction, minimise risk and ensure that each process is handled efficiently and with confidence’’.
